I had a few builders quote before but I didn't get the trust or a good feeling,but when i met Nick he was a breath of fresh air,Straight down the line tells you how it is, How the build stages will go and payments as the project progresses He was fantastic from start to finish, I am paticularly fussy is an understatement and nick and his team was great the whole way, We had an extension and downstairs renovation which is amazing We lived in the house of 6 of us and nick sectioned of part of the house and made us a make do kitchen which was a god send The whole team was polite and professional All in all great experience and would highly recommend, My chosen architect done drawings and told me that I could not have the build the way I wanted it, so I believed him, when Nick saw the drawings he said why, you can have it the way you want it , He phoned my architect asked him why and demanded he changed the drawings as it seams it was possible,two days later new drawings arrived the way I initially wanted it Nick has great communication skills! Nick and his team were great from start to finish. Had a back and a separate side extension and full renovation of existing property. We ended up not living there during the works but Nick kept us fully up to date with progress and gave us lot of notice of upcoming decisions. Held are hand through several difficult choices. We recently completed a full renovation of our house with Riley Construction, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was friendly, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. Their pricing was very fair and transparent, and the quality of the finish exceeded our expectations. Nick Riley worked on a large project for our neighbours at the same time as a glazed extension along the party wall for us. I could not fault his professionalism and quality of work. His project management and ability to effectively run the build for us, alongside the larger build for our neighbours, was second to none. He communicates really well, offers workable solutions to issues and unlike any other builder we have ever worked with, he managed the finishing touches proactively and without any delays on his side. We did not have to chase once to know when things would be completed, and his flexibility and ability to amend designs according to our ongoing decision making worked really well for us. His support with dealing with difficulties with an external glazing company were much appreciated, and above and beyond his remit.  His team are hard working, polite and were a pleasure to have in our home. Always cleaned up after themselves. Riley's Construction are a fantastic team, pulling in multiple skills to complete any aspects of the build. Nick's customer centric focus really puts you at ease and lets you remain in control of your build. Nothing is too difficult and he is always ensuring you get what works for you. Using his expertise and experience of multiple projects, he help give ideas and options. All of his team are timely and great to have around, the team become part of your extended family when living through a large intrusive build. The team always ensured we had a secure property that we could function our family around the works. Nick and his team have recently built 2 new builds for me taking initial drawings all the way to finish product. The whole process was smooth and stress free. Nick is very reactive working with my architect to iron out issues before they arise, this has saved money and possible delays. Can’t recommend enough, great company to work with. The site team are very good clean tied and of a high quality. We are very pleased with our extension and all thanks to Nick and his team! We used the services of Nick and his team at Riley Construction for full demolition and rebuild of our family home in Wallington. For the whole project, Nick has been incredible, a true professional. It was a total pleasure working with him everyday on such a huge undertaking. We cannot rate him highly enough! Nick was  recommended through our architect, and they made a fantastic team as builder and project manager. Even though we knew very little about building houses, Nick was always on hand to answer questions and explained everything so well and simply for us. We had a large amount of groundworks  to deal with after the demolition which had to be completed accurately as our home is a SIPS home. Nick was more than happy to leave the site for 5 weeks so the SIPS company could erect the house. They were amazed at his accuracy of the groundworks. Nick and his team then returned for the remainder of the build which was carried out so efficiently with all his trades being top professionals in their fields. All his team are friendly, kind, skilled and incredibly well mannered. The site was left tidy each day with Nick always making sure standards never slipped. Throughout the whole project, we never had to wait for materials or had a quiet site. Nick’s thinking ahead was outstanding. He even ordered the roof tiles months in advance as he knew the lead in time on them was long. The end result is a stunning family home, finished to an incredibly high standard and a home that far surpassed our dreams! It was finished within Nick’s budget, which, for such a large project is a huge achievement. Thank you to Nick and all at Riley Construction!
